One-off measurements

Soil biological, physical and chemical measurements at 3 depth (0-5, 5-10 and 10-20cm) are realized at the 1st and the 3rd year at Sites 1 and 2.

• Biological: microbial biomass, soil fauna, respiration and organic matter particulate.
• Physical: texture, aggregate stability, bulk density, penetration resistance, hydraulic conductivity.
• Chemical analysis: At the different phenological states are realized at Study Site 1 (cereal crop rotation oat-wheat).
• Plant evaluations: IAF, PAR, biomass, stomatic conductance, water efficiency with C13.
