Crops and cropping

Crops (and rotation): prevalent wheat crops - fallow (in rotation) - olive orchards , vineyards

Crop calendar & tillage practices: mechanic tillage is done in September/October, sowing October/November; pesticide application in March. Harvest (mechanical) in July, burning of residues from July to October.
